Richmond Mayor Dwight C. Jones wants to put thousands of teenagers to work this summer through a revamped job-training program that could bear his name. As envisioned, teens would go through a six-week program to prepare them for at least six weeks of work with businesses, nonprofit groups, faith-based organizations and the city.
